MTX Audio
TX465C
Introduction
The MTX TX465C (16.5cm 2-Way Coax 80W RMS 320W Peak 4Ω) speakers do an exceptional job in OEM compatible vehicle locations. The softness and force with which they reproduce the best recordings is exceptional. The semi-pressed paper membrane covered with crystals and silver is musical and clear. The magnetic structure at the limit of the reasonable assures an astounding dynamics and a power handling. The soft dome tweeter in silk and neodymium magnet is a delight. This last characteristic is rare at this price level… It is more often found on models twice as expensive.
It works perfectly on a car radio, but it is sublime if it is connected to an external amplifier like the MTX TX2450 or the TX275 which are musical, powerful, dynamic and non-aggressive… To complete the picture, we can also, in a second time, add an active subwoofer such as the MTX RTP8, RTT8P or RTF10P… Music!
